Using AI is a software decision. Running on it is an operating decision.

Most companies are buying AI tools. The ones pulling ahead are running agent stacks, and treating them like they treat their ERP or their warehouse, not like they treat a SaaS subscription. The gap between the two approaches is already wider than most boards realise.

Opinion · Infrastructure, not prompts

Why most businesses do not need another AI agent. They need a harness.

Most teams are trying to get value from AI by adding a chatbot or a single agent. The real constraint is not the model. It is the lack of operating infrastructure around it. The Nucleotto Harness is the system that gives agents context, routing, controls, memory, and accountability so they can do useful work inside a business.

RateMatch: Prototype to revenue in just 16 weeks

Eighty percent of tech startups fail at the same wall. A founder with a clear thesis and no technical co founder, priced out of a traditional build before they even get to product market fit. Jake, RateMatch founder, partnered with Nucleotto to lead product, engineering and delivery. Nucleotto launched a post MVP product for RateMatch inside of 16 weeks, and is still running the platform week to week as traffic and capabilities continue to grow.

What we are watching

  • 01AI tools are a distraction. Agent infrastructure is the play.
  • 02The consulting model is broken. Twelve weeks of discovery and a PowerPoint is not a deliverable.
  • 03A multi-agent stack is an org chart for AI.

I predict every SaaS app today, the way we know it, including ours, there will be an agent that will subsume the application.
